Nicole Gunn: Portfolio Building for Teens (Saturdays)

Interested in possibly becoming a professional artist one day? 

Join art teacher Nicole Gunn for this enjoyable and comprehensive 7-week course on building a successful art portfolio for the future.

We’ll have fun exploring multiple painting, drawing, and printmaking techniques to give students the well-rounded experience required in high school Advanced Placement and University art programs. 

Or just come for some extra creative art time!

 Additionally, we’ll focus on famous artists in art history, art movements, and the principals and elements of design. 

So be ready to share your new ideas, your curiosity, and your good work ethic. We’ll be working in a no- pressure, fun environment where all levels are welcome.

Individualized guidance and constructive feedback from the instructor will be given. 

Students will have ample time to work and possibly finish their artwork in class, which they can then take home.
