District Chapter 219 is the local chapter of the Colored Pencil Society (CPSA). which promotes the stature and awareness of colored pencil as a fine art medium. Founded in 2000, we presently have about 25 members, some of whom are new to the medium, and some who are award-winning professionals. Chapter meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of each month, and usually include a program relating to working with the medium. Please visit our blog sit: http:cpsadc219.blogspot.com, and join us for a meeting.
