Carol Carpenter: The Figure in the Landscape in Watercolor (Tuesdays)

Figures add life to your landscapes, leading your eye into the painting and creating a feeling of depth in your work. 

Learn the simple and effective techniques of how to incorporate the figure into your landscapes. 

There will be daily demonstrations on initial drawing, composition and placement, as well as examples of related techniques. Each student will receive individual instruction throughout the class. 

Please be sure to bring a sheet of 140 lb. Arches paper to the first class meeting along with the materials you have.
