Painting Evening Light in Watercolor with Lynn McLain (Tuesday through Friday)

  Join Signature Member of the National Watercolor Society, Lynn McLain, in this 4-day workshop focussing of the fleeting and beautiful light of the late evening. Lynn strives to impart skills to each student so that they might better understand his painting process and techniques and become more confident in their own use of the watercolor medium. We will study and solve issues that arise when painting lighting effects that occur in the landscape during the late evening sunset. We will all be working on the same subject as we continue through the painting step by step, which includes Lynn’s demonstration of each step, until the paintings are finished. This process serves as an effective teaching tool and  will allow you to receive a maximum amount of interaction and insight into Lynn’s painting knowledge and experience. The goal is for students to gain significant information and tools that they can then apply to their own painting process in the future.
